These terms govern use of Deutschland.Money and its information and orientation services. The provider is Customer's Experts LLC, 8 The Green STE A, Dover, DE 19901, USA. They apply unless an individual agreement provides otherwise.

Deutschland.Money is an information and orientation portal covering investments, property valuation, mortgage financing, project development and company formation. Content is general information and does not constitute investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Investments involve risks up to the full loss of capital.

Use is generally free. Users must not submit unlawful, misleading or harmful content or run automated requests that impair the site. Access may be restricted in cases of misuse.

Liability follows applicable law. Liability is unrestricted for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For ordinary negligence, liability is limited to breach of an essential contractual duty and foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

Content is prepared with care, but no warranty is given for completeness, accuracy or currency. Content can change and should be supplemented by qualified professional advice before decisions are made.

The provider may reasonably change content, services and these terms. Material changes will be announced on the website.

External specialist portals and other third-party offers are operated independently. Their operators are solely responsible for their content, legality and availability. User data is not transferred automatically to them.

Published content and designs are protected by German copyright law. Private, non-commercial downloads and copies are permitted; other use requires the respective author's written consent.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and German data protection law. Details are set out in the privacy policy.

General use of Deutschland.Money and contact through the enquiry form are free. Any future paid service will be identified separately and agreed individually.

The free information service has no fixed term and requires no termination. Users may stop at any time. The provider may restrict access in the event of misuse.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and conflict-of-law referral rules. Mandatory consumer and European data protection rights remain unaffected.
