When you use a contact form, your name, email address, optional phone number, selected service area and message are processed through a validating Supabase Edge Function and a protected Supabase database. Brevo is used to send the internal transactional notification.

Information is assigned internally to the responsible specialist area and deleted when no longer required, subject to statutory retention obligations. Form data is not transferred automatically to the external specialist portals. Supabase and Brevo are used as technical service providers subject to the required data protection arrangements.
